You’re never too old to focus on pelvic health
Pelvico's new strength training classes are designed for women who are 50 years and older. Led by our Pelvico instructors, these classes focus on overall strength, including core/pelvic strengthening. Each session is designed to meet participants where they’re at in terms of their fitness. Classes are open to people who are new and experienced in working out.

Classes are offered over a four week session
Classes are held at 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Class packages are offered at our Bedford location
Pelvico will provide all equipment used in class. You just show up!
