For those new to running or wanting to get back to running, this program is for you!
This program runs over 10-weeks
Two workouts a week at the Pelvico gym/outside training. Two additional workouts a week are provided for you to do from home/your own gym

We LOVE all things strength training and running. This 10-week program will include a mix of strength training at our Pelvico gym, group runs and home workouts.
Whether you’ve never run before, you’ve always wanted to be a runner or have run marathons in the past but lost your steam, we got you! Return to Run is for all fitness levels.

The first 4 weeks
A mix of strength sessions and running sessions (i.e 30 minutes strength, 15 minutes run broken down into 2 minutes on, 1 minute off)
The final 6 weeks
1 strength session indoors on Tuesdays and one group run outdoors on Sundays
Throughout the 10 weeks you will also receive programming for 1-2 home runs/week and 1 home strength session that are always optional
