As a mom of two young girls, Sarah is deeply passionate about showing them the importance of strength, self-care, and resilience. Her active lifestyle includes CrossFit, hiking, camping, biking, and most recently, running. She even completed her first half marathon at just 8 months postpartum—thanks to the support of many amazing practitioners at Pelvico!
Sarah’s journey into fitness took a new turn after the birth of her second daughter. She fell in love with Pelvico’s postpartum fitness classes, which inspired her to change careers and pursue personal fitness training. Now, she specializes in postpartum fitness and recovery, helping other moms feel strong and confident in their bodies.
Sarah is dedicated to creating a supportive, safe, and empowering fitness environment for women. She thrives on helping them push boundaries and achieve their goals—one step, squat, or sprint at a time!
